I studied Information Technology and Systems Management at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and Computer Science at the University of Salzburg, where I got my Ph.D. in Computer Science and where I have a post-doctoral qualification (venia docendi) in Applied Informatics. I was also a visiting post-doctoral researcher at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University.
After many years of coding and consulting professionally, I have been an R&D manager at NativeWaves until 2024. Since 2023, I am the head of the academic area Networking & Cyber Security and the head of the Master’s degree program Cyber Security at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, where I am a teaching professor since 2016. In addition, I offer coding (programming) services and consulting services as a freelancer.
